Over the years they have built up a reputation for being one of the best Hip Hop crews in the UK. During this period Mud Family has expanded with new members, whilst Skinnyman spent some time in jail. Whilst he was inside Talking Loud was shut down by it's parent company, freeing Skinnyman from his contract and leaving him to develop his debut album at Self Distruct.

Now with a licensing deal with Lowlife Records, the album Council Estate of Mind has officially been released. It is a tough album to listen to, but for me it brings me back to the lives and people I have spent so much time with.
