I've got plenty on my mind
I just need n want to kick back relax n unwind
Swaying n tapping my feet
Trying my hardest to chill to the beat
Reminiscing about things in the past
It makes me think don't time fly by so fast
chatting n taking life day by day
n I'll deal with any problems that come in my way
Don't shut my door and lock myself away
Under tight lock and key that definitely ain't for me!
Release all what's on my mind
Don't keep it held in so it eats away inside
I've learnt this through bottling things up
Now I'm going to start being abrupt
Sometimes I feel like a volcano that's slowly going to irrupt
That's why I feel talking it through
It's important sometimes to get other people's point of view
At the end of the day it could help you
Just find the right one who is loyal n you got nothing to lose
But it's that individual's decision to do
what you don't need is Tom, Dick or Harry pushing you
To spill your guts on the floor wanting to know more n more
Then your wishing you could put them behind a metal door
When you're ready you find a way to deal with your issues
In time they get easier day by day
'till there in the back of your mind far away!
Judging people is the wrong thing to do
Especially not knowing their circumstances and what they've been through
Don't do what you don't want to happen to you
I can except judging a few for reasons you feel that is the right thing to do
But understand everyone is unique
So before putting them into a category let them speak!
Then you might realise you're off track
So think long and hard before judging and take a step back!

I will show people what I can be
Just takes time
Then they'll all see
I'll make my family and friends proud of me
I'm a good person deep down
n I will shine so brightly
n I will learn from now to love number one, that's me Steph D!
You can be sure I'll try never to let you down
I'll always do my best and be around
Coz you're a friend which is based on loyalty
and I hope you're privileged to know a girl like me!!
